Yes - And Elvis can still be seen walking through Central Park on
Saturdays...

Will the Urban Legends never end?

Why in the world would that be true?

The beta keys aren't normal keys, they were designed just for the beta.

What you probably heard about was the Anytime Upgrade where you can update
from Home Premium to Ultimate.

But you cant update a beta build to final like that.

You cannot update the beta version to the normal version. You can purchase
the full version as a download and install it over the beta (which isn't
recommended, but it is possible).

Over the internet you can update the lower versions of Vista (Home Basic,
etc.) to a higher version (to Ultimate, for example).
