Default Startup programs


Can somebody please tell me how to stop notepad opening a blank document
evertime I start up Windows Vista. I have checked the obvious Startup folder
and that is empty.

Start/Run/Msconfig...When that opens check the startup tab...See if anything
fishy is there.
Just a suggestion.
