Hi
I am using Speedtouch USB 330 adsl modem and the speedtouch software to connect to the internet. Unlike XP, Vista doesn't seem to allow me to save my password so that whenever I need a conncetion it dials straight in. Is this a safety thing or have I missed something? Any help much appreciated Pete |

May also have to click on 'properties' or something similar and uncheck any prompting options. -- Jon |

Just an update on this, I see that Speedtouch have withdrawn their Vista
drivers, there lies the problem I suspect. It is really hit and miss if I can connect at the moment. It currently says the driver is not available 'yet' on this page, suggesting
that it will be in the near future. I'm sure they'll post up a suitable driver shortly. http://www.speedtouch.com/support.htm -- Jon "Peter Callison" <zen84840@zen.co.uk> wrote in message news:6ECC449C-A619-4D9D-B690-B263F82CE426@microsoft.com... > Just an update on this, I see that Speedtouch have withdrawn their Vista > drivers, there lies the problem I suspect.
