Question regarding activition without internet connection

I work at a electronic store and we would like to know if the activition
requires an internet connection. I would like to enjoy Vista but I don't
have internet.

If you have a phone, you can do phone activation.

Yes you will need to activate it. I think you have up to 30 days to
activate.

You can use it for a set amount of time, after which you
must register.

The calls free and takes a few minutes, it's all automated
and has always worked for me.
