Premiere Elements 3.0 and Vista

Has anyone had any problems with Premiere Elements 3.0 in Vista? I got it to
install and it opened an older project and I can edit and work with it.
However, it wont detect my DV camcorder..however, Windows Video Import will
detect the camera (firewire.)
