Try running it in compatibility mode. Right click on the shortcut or
application and select Properties. Go to the compatibility tab and select
the option to run the program in compatibility mode for Windows XP SP2.

If that doesn't work, try running the application as Administrator. Right
click on the shortcut or application and select Run As Administrator. If
that works, you can set it to always run as administrator by right clicking
on the shortcut or application, select Properties. Go to the advanced
settings for the shortcut or app and select the option to run as
administrator.

I just found out, that Roku works only with Vista (RTM), see
http://www.winpcap.org/misc/faq.htm#Q-28.

But I have Vista RC1
