Somehow Tweak Vista managed to turn of AUC now I get warnings in task bar.
Is there any way to turn that off as well? |

Click on Start, Control Panel, Security, and then click on Security Center.
In the Windows Security Center window on the left hand side, click on "Change the way Security Center alerts me". Choose "Don't notify me and don't display the icon (not recommended)". This will suppress all Windows Security Center notifications and is NOT recommended. If you would like to turn User Account Control back on, which I recommend doing so: Click on Start, Control Panel, and then click User Accounts and Family Safety. Click on "User Accounts", and then you should see "Make changes to your user account" and a list of tasks. From this list, click "Turn User Account Control on or off". Check "Use User Account Control (UAC) to help protect your computer" and then press OK. Click on "Restart Now". (Save any open documents and close all programs before doing so).
