Need Registration help!!!!1

I want to Register my copy of Vista RC1 but when i click the link in Welcome
center, it brings me to a site for the registration, but when i click the
link to Begin nothing happens. I noticed that after i click it i see on the
Info center (botttom left corner) of IE7+ that "Page complete, but with
errors", and "Errors on Page". Can someone help me???

Registration is probably only for the retail versions, not the beta or
release candidate or trial versions.
