Network Problems

I have some problems with my networking, I have RC1 and have 2 Networks a
Netgear for Internet, and a D-Link for File sharing and printer sharing in my
house. My problems is when i try to double click on my other network it stops
responding, and i cant use it no matter how many times i try, it like
disables my card or something. If i disconnect from my first network and
connect to the second one it works fine, BUT only once itll only allow me one
change, if i try to do it again I stops responding. Anyone know why? I can
open every other program you can think of but not Connect to A Network. Why?

Im pretty Smart with computers but I even need help sometimes. Thats why im
here.
