an error occurred while validating the system for installation

I've been trying to install the Feb CTP 5308 release on my home rig, and I
keep getting the same response to the install. Whether I try the x86 or the
x86_64 version I get the same error right after I select the partition to
install.

"an error occurred while validating the system for installation"

and the installer quits.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
