Default Recycle bin Bug?

I'm using Windows Vista RC1 Build 5600, and in the recycle Bin properties
the option 'Do not move files to the Recycle Bin. Remove files immediatly
when deleted.' is checked.
This doesn't seem to work consistently. Usually it doesn't work at all,
sometimes it does...
I guess this is a bug?
Greetings

Default RE: Recycle bin Bug?

Remember to look at the properties. If you have more than one hard drive,
then you have to make sure that option is applied for each hard drive. That
is one problem I had at first, but then found that since I have 3 hard
drives, I had to apply it to each hard drive. Just clicking the option
doesn't work with multiple drives, because it will only apply to the selected
hard drive..
