Windows Welcome

Hi,

Firstly, a new windows start up sound would be a lil nice lol

secondly, on the welcome center is the "Manufacturer" and "Model" details
meant to be "unknown"?
- I think this maybe because it was a clean install.

The new sound scheme is under wraps until release. Letting it out now would
lessen its impact later.
