Folder share Issue

I'm having a lil problem on my network, i'm running vista x86 and when i
share a folder, appear on the network, but when you try to acces it says
dont have permition to acces the folder, ask the administrator of the
machine bla bla bla Acces bloqued.

This is not like xp? with simple right click > share and ppl can browse your
machine?

Please go to Control Panel -> Network and Internet -> Network File and
Printer Sharing and tell us what those settings are set to.

Just figure it out... create an account for my dad logged and added the
account into the accounts to share and voila... easy thing... thx alot
