Default Vista 5456 still messes with the system clock.

I read a post which I cannot find again that stated issues with Vista
changing the system clock when you install or change the time zone had been
addressed. I just upgraded and the clock jumped ahead about 5 hours.

check the release notes, believe there is a comment about the clock setting.

Have you guys checked you time zone, my clock used to jump 2 hours, but it
was all about the time zone. Ever since I changed that, the clock has never
jumped again.

5456 was not made available to the CPP users in this ng. They are still on
5384. Please refer to the TechBeta newsgroups on the betanews servers with
5456 questions.

The clock is not reset by choosing the Time Zone in 5456. That is a change
from 5384.

At least, according the the release notes. I think I just saw it happen in
spite of that.
