Default "Run"

Don't laugh but I must be suffering a blind spot becasue I cannot find the
"Start - Run" Surely it must be there somewhere!
By the way the reason I want it is to run msconfig. Is that availabel in
Vista?

You'll have to turn it on:
Right-click Start Menu > Customize... > Check the "Run command" checkbox

Just type "msconfig" in the Start Search box and the System Configuration
tool will start up.

No he doesn't. He just types the command into the Start Search box and up
