We really need access to the Task Bar during any type of installation.!!!!!

For what purpose? I am trying to think of why we would need access to it,
other than the clock...

This is only possible during the first phase of setup, if you launched setup
from within an existing version of Windows. Press the Windows key on your
keyboard and you will be able to access it.
