Driver for a 17X monitor wanted

Hi,

I have a DELL Dimension 8200 with a RADEON 9600 Video card, driver
22/8/2006 running XP Pro SP2.
I am tying to get an IBM 9527-002 (17X) to work correctly. I can't
seem to stop the monitor from flickering. I have tried all resolutions
and refresh rates but nothing helps; XP doesn't recognize the 17X. I
have searched the net but I can't find a driver. Does anyone know
where I can download a driver for the 17X?
