Default Which video card?

I now have an ATI all-in-wonder 9000 with 64 meg of ram. I want to replace
this card with something a little more updated, basically to run M/S Flight
Sim and to support Vista. I want to spend no more than 130 bucks,
(preferably less actually if possible) I don't know whether to go with an
nVidia, or ATI card.
What is the best bang for the buck in the AGP, 130 buck range, these days, I
have not bought a video cad in a while......so I don't want to make an error
in my purchase.
I already know what TV card I will buy, to replace the TV function......I
just want to buy the best bang for the buck video card in my price range,
and keep the TV function separate. The AIW has been great but every time I
want to buy a new video card the price is high on the AIW, so if I keep the
TV function separate, then I can go back to just buying video cards.

There's a Gigabyte 7600GS AGP at newegg for a tad under US$130. That's
about as good as you'll get for that budget unless you score a recertified
7600GT or something.

I bought a Sapphire X1600XT card recently, with ATI of course. It's AGP.
It's a mid-grade card, but it's still more uptodate than what I had
previously, a GeForce 2GTS. I got it for Cdn$130 about 3 months ago. I
guess you could also go with Nvidia 7600 cards too.
