Default Automatically Print A4 format on Letter

Does anybody know if there is a way to print an A4 formatted output
(sent from an SAP application actually) automatically on Letter format?
Right now the printer, an HP LasterJet 5Si (and any other printer I
know of) requires a manual confirmation to print the A4 on Letter. We
realize some margin errors occur (if the A4 format prints close to the
top/bottom, Letter paper cuts it off), but this is acceptable to us ...
instead of always having to confirm the print or configure Letter
output alternatives for all our international forms used in SAP.
Thanks - Dan

It may be possible to configure the printer to override paper sizes, or
you could load A4 paper in one of the trays so it will auto-select the
right one.

Or you could just load letter paper in the multipurpose tray. Since the
printer can't tell what size of paper is really there, it'll feed
without warnings and just crop the image.
