printer problem?

Whenever i try to print in outlook express i get the following message
res://C:\WINDOWS\system32\shdoclc.dll/preview.dlg is this printer or xp
problem?

The printer works fine for any other application.

It appears to be an explorer script problem. there also seem to be a
few fixes given but this one is from MS so you might want to take a
look
