Default Transfer e-mails from office 2003 to office 2007


Hi
How do I transfer the old e-mails and user e-mail accounts from my old ofice
2003 to a new office 2007?
I have a new OS (Vista) and the old XP based system is on a harddrive on the
same computer.

Open your existing .pst file in Outlook 2007. In Outlook- File->Open->Outlook Data File.
