Default disable meeting requests?


Outlook 2003 is being synchronized with another calendar program. "Meeting
request" emails with no text are automatically being sent by Outlook to
people with whom appointments are scheduled. I don't want Outlook to send
these emails. How do I turn this automatic email/meeting invitation feature
off?

Outlook 2003 does not have the ability to send meeting invitations without some human intervention. I would look to your other application for a solution as it may be triggering the sending of blank duplicate time zone invites during the synch.
