Default Can I export from another users schedule?

I use a schedule to be able to see where field staff are during their day,
which is populated from their individual outlook calendars.
I need to be able to export the data from the schedule into excel.
I know the export is straightforward from my own calendar but I can't find a
way to do it for the others.
Can it be done within outlook as it stands, or do I need some 3rd party
software to capture the information?
Is it just a matter of changing my permissions?
I have Outlook 2002

If you want to use just Outlook, you'd need to copy all the items into a folder in your own mailbox or .pst file, the esport from that folder.
