Days of the Week when printing a calendar in Week to View?

Where are the days of the week (Monday, Tuesday...) when printing a calendar
in Week to View in Microsoft Outlook 2003?

You can get the weekday names for Daily and Monthly Style, but not for Week
to View.

Please help.
