Edit labels option is greyed out in a shared calendar

I've been using shared calendars in Outlook 2003 (using an exchange server)
for some time now, but recently wanted to change labels on one of them and
for some reason this option is greyed out for me. I was looking for an anwser
and apparently there are some guys who had been having the same problem, but
nobody managed to sort it out. I was told that it might be a problem with
permissions, but as far as I'm concerned I've got all the required
permissions: owner of the mailbox, delagate, owner of the calendar.
Are there any other permissions which are required for this to work or there
is something else which is preventin me from changing this? I forgot to
mention that there is one particular calendar which allows me to go that
option and to make changes there.

Any ideas guys?

is this a Public Folder? If so I think the the term Mailbox is irrelevant
and sending us off on the wrong track.

In a Public Folder the Owner can change label colours.

In a Mailbox, try logging in as the Mailbox and changing colours then.

Hi Judy,

It's not a public folder, it is a mailbox as I mentioned previously. We
don't want to log on to mailbox to change the labels, I'm pretty sure it will
work this way. We want to have this option enabled even if the mailbox is
setup as an addtional mailbox, that's our need. So basicly, I've got 4
additional mailboxes setup in my Outlook and the thing is that this option is
only working for one of them and grayed out for other ones. Do you know what
can be causing this?

I suggest that you compare the permissions for the one that works against
the ones that don't. That's what I would do if I was there with you.
