I work in a large organization. I have access to about 10 calendars.
Sometimes there are meetings that I need to put on all of these calendars - but I'm not the organizer of the meeting or event. (don't ask... I can't get all these gazillion employees to use their calendars correctly... if they did the "make a meeting" like they should I wouldn't have to do this - but they don't & I'm not their boss so I can't make them, hehehe) How can I put this info on all these calendars quickly? Thanks for any help you can offer ![]() Meenie |

And.... another way that works is to drag with the right mouse to each
Calendar, when you release select Copy. If you have 2003, you can show the Calendars side by side using the Calendar button in the Navigation Pane so this is quite quick and you can see the result easily. I hope this helps you at least a little bit! Hi Judy!
Oh wow, I'd tried that only with the left mouse button! And then it just moved the item away from one calendar and into the next. Guess I never thought of DRAGGING with the right button!! Thanks!! And I do have 2003 ![]() "Judy Gleeson (MVP Outlook)" wrote: > And.... another way that works is to drag with the right mouse to each > Calendar, when you release select Copy. Right click and right DRAG everywhere in Outlook - great and useful things
happen in most cases! Judy Gleeson MVP Outlook Outlook trainer and author of Productiv_IT with Outlook www.acorntraining.com.au "I not only use all the brains I have, but all I can borrow." The "right click and drag" works great except with recurring items. It won't
copy those over for some reason.
