Booking resources in Outlook via webmail access ?

We are currently testing out use of resource booking in outlook. During
testing we have found out (with the settings we have pt.) that it is not
possible to book a resource using webaccess. The one booking a resource via
webaccess gets an error message sent to the inbox.

Does someone know if this is possible and if so, which settings do we have
to do ?
