Default Printing Calendar and Tasks

When in calendar view, I can look at "today's tasks", but when I go to print
the calendar, it prints all the tasks, not just today's. Is there a way to
print JUST the "today's tasks" with the calendar? I've explored the
different options under page setup and task views, but nothing works. Any
ideas? Thanks.

(I'm using Outlook 2003.)

Check the View of the TaskPad when in the Calendar - View | TaskPad View -
select a different view and see what prints the way you want it.

I hope this helps you at least a little bit!

Hi Judy, thanks for the suggestion. I actually already tried that and while
that does change the view on the screen, it does not affect the way it
prints. Any other ideas??

Not so for me. I just changed from Active Tasks for Selected days to All
tasks and my TaskPad had many more Tasks on it. I only did a print preview
but hey that should be correct.

Try some more views

Thanks again for your response. I have tried that in oh-so-many
combinations, and it will only print all tasks in both print preview view and
on the actual print. I have no idea.

If you set both Start and Due dates for your Tasks, then set the TaskPad
view to Active Tasks for Selected Days, Outlook will print a 1 day view of
the Calendar with only current Tasks (an active or current Task has a Start
date of today or earlier).
