Default locking the time zone for an event

Using Outlook for reminders of departure times for flights is not user
friendly. The airline provides the departure and arrival times in the local
time zones, but Outlook always assumes those times are in whatever time zone
you are in while making the entry. When entering start and end times for an
event there should be a drop-down where you can select the time zone and the
option to always display with that time zone.

Either that or convince everyone in the world to use UTC only...
