Default Using Transparency in Excel Charts

I really want to use transparency in an area chart with two series so the
background series shows up through the foreground series but if that is not
possible, just how and when is the transparency feature enabled in an Excel
chart? It is annoying to see it there everytime I work on a chart but
disabled...

I'm using Excel 2003. Any help is appreciated.

Default Re: Using Transparency in Excel Charts

Hi,

The feature is not available in charts.
It's there because they have used the same Fill dialog that is used to
set the transparency of shapes.

Cheers
