New dot net?!?!?!?!?! Please help me!

I also asked my question in another part of this discussion (dutch).
Nobody could answer it so far.

Windows defender detected (after scanning the computer) 1 lower/medium risk
(name:WhenU.Savenow)
When I remove/quarantine it, another virus/spyare automatically shows up.
This time a severe/high risk (name:NewDotnet), and when I remove/quarantine
that one. The other one shows up again. Ect.

What do I have to do?
