Default Defender Translation are available in Vista, why not in XP?

Hi,
I recently installed Windows Vista RTM in my native language (italian) and I
found that included Defender is translated in italian as well

so, I don't understand why xp versions are not yet released localized...
program is the same, interface is the same... just a few seconds to copy
translation from vista to xp and ualĂ*
