Recently I find that on boot, windows wants to install something. If I let
it, it goes through the motions, but I am not sure it actually installs anything. I have added/removed a number of programs recently so I am loathe to make the changes back just to figure it out. Is there any way to check a startup file just to see what is being installed? thanks b -- YKW~ --------------------------------------------------------------------- "Clothes make the man. Should have mentioned, running win xp service pack two and a mix of office
03 and 07. All of this worked well and I am certain the culprit was either install or removal of some software. thanks b "You Know Who ~" <you.know.who@att.net> wrote in message news:OB0oBVCcHHA.3408@TK2MSFTNGP03.phx.gbl... > Recently I find that on boot, windows wants to install something.
