How to put a binary file(let say PDF) on memory for reading?

Default How to put a binary file(let say PDF) on memory for reading?


The PDF is stored in server, I would like to copy the file from server
and put it on the client memory for reader, is it possible?

'FileCopy'/'File.Copy'.
