Deactivate F10 in MDI Windows Form Application

Hello Friends,

I have a windows form application it is a mdi form, and have a
menustrip. When press F10 Key, it activate the menustrip. But I want
F10 key show a form with information about the application.

How do i deactivate the menustrip when press F10 key?
