DataGrid Visual Basic .NET 2003

Does anyone know how to adjust a Datagrid's indivual cells format (ex. font,
text color, background color) I am using VB .NET and it is not ADO .NET
based in this part of the program. I have searched the internet and have not
found any clear answers but have heard that it is possible.
