cf2.0 webbrowser control - no navigating event?

this is strange...i cannot seem to get the navigating event to fire at
all after upgrading from a cf1.0/opennetcf webbrowser control to the
new cf2.0/MS browser control... any special secets to using this? I
have both a form with submit button, and a normal <a href> tag, and
neither seems to fire this...
