Default Is CabWiz redistributable?


Is the CabWiz utility, that ships with Visual Studio, redistributable? I
read about it being available with eVB and hence redistributable, but that
doesnt sound right.

InstallShield seems to use this. There is no word on Microsoft sites about
this being re-distributable. Does anybody know any more information on this?
