Phidget RFID on PB4.2

Hi all,
can anyone help me i need to work on the Phidget RFID on PB4.2.
but don't know how to do it.
i have tried with visual studio2005 with the open source code
available for it and the device is working.
i have find that code at

and it work.
if anyone can then it would be a great help
