System.TypeLoadException was unhandled

Hi there,

In a smart device project (Visual Studio 2005, Windows Mobile 5.0, CF
2.0 SP1 ) I have sometimes the Error:

System.TypeLoadException was unhandled
Could not load type 'System.ComponentModel.ListChangedEventArgs' from
assembly 'System, Version=2.0.0.0, Culture=neutral,
PublicKeyToken=969DB8053D3322AC'.

>From there the project doesnt start anymore. The only thing I can do is
to set up a new project and to copy all data (Forms, Classes) into the
new project then it works until tthe next time the error appears.
