Create an STD (strongly typed dataset)

I have been asked this question numerous times, so I wanted to provide a

It shows how to flip from normal DataSets to STDs without much effort.

NOTE: There are other ways to do this that are probably better, but this
exercise shows that there is nothing really magic about the process. :-)
