Size of letters and images

today for some reason, all the letters and images are much larger on my
pages.On window media player I cannot see my playlists entirely. I did the
"tool" thing and made the print smaller and I did the "page" thing and lower
the zoom, but neither of these fixed the problem because they only worked on
the page in front of me. I want to bring ALL my pages and sites back to the
size they were before. I wish I could tell you what I did in the first place,
but I can't, please, please help me out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
