Default How to reinstall WMI?

I have a WXP SP2 system that was clean-installed 6 months ago from a Sp1 CD,
and upgraded to SP2 and dot net when I attempted to run Microsoft's Vista
Upgrade advisor. Upgrade advisor would lock up the system even after the
upgrades.

Anyhow, I thought I had used WMI Scriptomatic shortly after the initial
installation, and it worked. Now, WMI Scriptomatic quits with some error,
and I see that the Windows\System32\WBEM folder contains just a few files
and subfolders, while my laptop on which WMI Scriptomatic runs fine, has
many more files and subfolders there.

How can I reinstall or repair WMI on this system?

Thanks,
-Paul Randall
