Default Outlook Express

I get the following message "The Address Book failed to load. Outlook
Express is incorrectly configured, please reinstall."
How can I fix this? It seems I have lost my entire Address Book

I would try the microsoft.public.outloookexpress.general newsgroup for this
question.
It is not WMI related.

Seems like a silly question to be asking such an expert and sorry to waste
