Default Boot up problems

When booting up my dell dimension 4100 I get the message
to use the delete key to resume boot, does anyone have a
fix for this problem?

May want to talk to Dell about this one.

A few things come to mind:
*System is set to boot from CDrom drive. When a bootable CD is not present,
you're prompted to press Delete to continue the boot process.
*System is not configured properly in BIOS and you're being prompted to
enter setup and/or press a key to bypass setup and continue the boot
process.
