Can't connect to Help and Support

When I try to check to see if there are any updates I get
the following message - The page the server resides on
does not respond. I have gotten this message all day
today. It worked fine yesterday. Yesterday I installed
Windows Media Player.

Just tried the site and it's slow for me too, Ted. May be traffic or some
server maintenance. Hang in there. There should be an opening in the
bottleneck eventually.
