Default private blog page

I am new to frontpage. I am looking for help in learning how to add a page to
my web site (honorablefew.com) for members to communicate privately with each
other (only). Thank you.

Right?

Thanks,

downloaded the instructions for "Convert a folder to a subsite". Is this the
right procedure for what I want to do, because it totally lost me once I went
through the procedure, help!!!

Using the FrontPage 2003 instructions

Use Method 2 to convert your folder to a subsite. The instructions 1
and 2 here are equivalent to "Open your web in FrontPage".
If the folder you choose exists on the live web site (remote web), you
must covert the folder there as well. Go into Remote site view and log
in to the remote web, then click the link "Open the remote web in
FrontPage".
Publish the subweb to the server (if you havn't already done this).

Ignore the bits about using IIS.

To set the permissions for the subsite you MUST open the remote site in
FrontPage. If the subsite does not exist, then create it as above.

Use Method 2 from the downloaded instructions.
Some hosts do not allow you to set permissions, so if (in instruction 2)
Tools->Server->Administration Home is not available (greyed out) you
will have to ask your host to set up the permissions.

Ignore the sections about SharePoint Services web sites.
