What do I get the error message: "WMI Encountered a problem and...

What do I get the error message: "WMI Encountered a problem and needed to
close"

This tends to happen when I boot into my Windows XP Professional environment.

The error dialogue box provides two options:

1. Send Error Report
2. Don't Send

I can also choose to view the details of the report it is about to send:

It says:

Does anyone have any ideas of how to prevent this message from keep on
coming back?
