i DELETED THEADMINISTRATOR PROFILE FROM THE USER ACCOUNT PROGRAM BECAUSE
IHAVE PURCHASED THE COMPUTER USED AND THOUGHT I COULD JUST DELETEANY FILES ETC WITH THE PREVIOUS OWNERS NAME. NOW I CANNOT DO CERTAIN ACTIONS WITH MY LOGIN ACCOUNT BECAUSE I AM NOT THE ADMINISTRATOR (DON'T KNOW WHERE THESE PROFILES WENT TO WHEN I DELETED THEM? IS THERE ANYWAY TO RETERIEVE THIS INFO OR TO RECOVER THE ACCOUNT? THANKSFOR ANY HELP |

It is (at the very least) difficult to read. It can be (by some) considers shouting. You cannot delete the built in administrator. The account can be renamed, but not deleted. Windows XP what? (Home, Pro, Media Center, other?) In any case - having stated you purchased the machine *used* - your best option is to use the media that came with it and clean install everything. You have no idea what the previous owner did with the machine or left behind.
