i DELETED THEADMINISTRATOR PROFILE FROM THE USER ACCOUNT PROGRAM BECAUSE
IHAVE PURCHASED THE COMPUTER USED AND THOUGHT I COULD JUST DELETEANY FILES
ETC WITH THE PREVIOUS OWNERS NAME. NOW I CANNOT DO CERTAIN ACTIONS WITH MY
LOGIN ACCOUNT BECAUSE I AM NOT THE ADMINISTRATOR (DON'T KNOW WHERE THESE
PROFILES WENT TO WHEN I DELETED THEM? IS THERE ANYWAY TO RETERIEVE THIS INFO

Please (in the future) refrain from using all upper case letters to post.
It is (at the very least) difficult to read.
It can be (by some) considers shouting.

You cannot delete the built in administrator.
The account can be renamed, but not deleted.

Windows XP what? (Home, Pro, Media Center, other?)

In any case - having stated you purchased the machine *used* - your best
option is to use the media that came with it and clean install everything.
You have no idea what the previous owner did with the machine or left
behind. Plus - you learn a lot about the machine by doing that.
