IS THE PROGRAM HPQTOASTER MODULE : 3940 DO I NEED THIS PROGRAM.

well If you Unsure why you are writing in capital Letters, please don't turn
your caps lock ON and post a Q and you expected people to answer your Q.

Try to Rename it to this:
HPQTOASTEROLD.exe and see if the system will complain, if not then you
don't need it remove all traces for it.
Contact HP and let them know about, they will give you satisfactory answer
as this their File on their machine may be?.

The file locate here:
C:\Program Files\HPQ\shared\HpqToaster.exe
But search for other on your computer and Rename them.
